At Lyon Fitness Studio, we started our journey with a simple goal: to help people live healthier, happier lives. Since then, we've grown into a community of fitness enthusiasts who are passionate about sharing our love for fitness with others. Our goal is to build muscle to stay healthy!

Improving core strength, having better posture and increasing your flexibility help your balance and coordination. Pilates focuses on controlled breathing, movement, strength and posture.
